Easiest way to redirect all traffic on one PC?

I don't want to setup or host a virtual machine on my main desktop 24/7 however I am running a public hotspot with certain 'pages' and the goal is to host a open hotspot and redirect all traffic there on ONE wireless adapter and not my entire network.

OS is windows 10 for this one.
Was simply going to run an ad-hoc with the "town hotspot" name then try redirect all traffic there but it was lagging out my entire network for some reason.

Thoughts?
I’m not a windows user, but if you need an hotspot on linux + apache server + dns spoofing + captive portal pop up login for win10, android and ios 12 (I made by myself the configurations) PM me , I’m writing a new tutorial for captive portals
Windows isn't ideal for this use case dude. You'll experience a lot of problems because you won't have explicit interface control. I recommend retrying this with a simple Raspberry pi running OpenWRT or any stripped down Linux distro with FruityWiFi installed.

Hostapd is typically used for this type of Rogue-AP/DNS Poisoning attack, and is the same tool used by the WiFi Pineapple. I don't know if it even runs on Windows. Unlikely, but worth researching.

Tutorials for running a captive portal can be found if you dig into some of the docs for the WiFi Pineapple. Just apply the same principles using Hostapd.

Here my tutorial hostapd dnsmasq apache:

Btw Is missing automatic login pop up function and it’s use ssl self signed cert (or a trusted one if you have it) in case you try to spoof an https page (optional).

In 2 days a new tutorial will be rdy if op is interested :)
