Back in 2012 or 2013, we had a feature here called NSFW Hackforums. It was essentially just a cname for the HackForums domain named 'nsfw', and it allowed us to browse HF (using hackforums.net) without seeing the HF banner, avatars, signatures, etc. Essentially, it created a "safer" looking site for browsing in public.
While I'm aware that the content on this site has swung towards more acceptable and morally conscious topics, I still find myself blocking any elements that displays variations of the word "hack" and other elements that may cause others looking over my shoulder to question the content I'm viewing. I've even gone as far as to create a plugin for my laptop's browser to replace "high impact" words (example 'hacked'->'modified').
Obviously, hackforums.net no longer works, but I was curious if there has been any demand to bring this feature back, and if not, I'd like to be the first to suggest its return.
I know that there is a lot on HF's plate right now with Crews and integrating the forum game into HF. I'm just making this suggestion to show that there is at least 1 person here who misses that feature, and maybe it can be revisited in the future.
