If you can't fix it, its server side issue but that's not the case since it works for me and almost everyone else. But... it could be server side issue for very (rare) few people, maybe some kind of bug. Server side issues can be only fixed by admins.
You can contact admins but that can be very risky, something like gambling haha. They can either ban you, warn you, ignore you for wasting their time OR... they will help you out to solve this. By the way, If I am not mistaken you can also use https://hackforums.net/contact.php which is safer (less-risky) than to PM admins directly. In some rare situations, admin(s) may fix it and comment (in this thread) or contact you to see if its fixed for you.
