Yes, this $100 cards’ intent is to encourage people to support the forums. Not to make bytes worth anything.

Awards also have $0 monetary value, hence why the award market only supports bytes and not crypto transactions. So that comparison was irrelevant? Or atleast I’m not sure what that was meant to prove.

If bytes were meant to hold value, then you would expect to be able to “cash” them out directly from HF (omni) for the equivalent $USD. Hit you can’t. Because they are essentially worthless in the eyes of HF.
