Do blackhats feel like they are good people?

Most people think they are good no matter what they do. They justify their acts by explaining their personal circumstances. This helps them "market" themselves, make them somewhat compatible with the majority.

Imagine being a blackhatter, and when asked why you do bh stuff you say "because I like easy money and I don't care about others". Even the majority of scammers would dislike you.

I think that blackhatters know that they are not good people, but if they don't try to justify their acts, they will isolate themselves from people that are good and that will make them go even more hardcore into blackhat methods.

That was deep. I see what you mean though.

Good and evil is completely subjective to the ones doing the act. Some blackhats would steal money from big pharma and consider it good from his own subjective mindset, others would say that is too far within their subjective mindset.

Now people can perceive what someone has done as good or evil but again it's all subjective.
Now if you have to justify your actions generally you know you are doing something wrong.

That's fair enough. I mean good and bad is very subjective.

People can do bad things and have their own moral standard.

Some people steal, but would never kill or rape. Some would never steal from family/Church.

Some people murder, but would never murder a child.

Some people rape, but would never rape a child, only an adult.

They may not believe they're a good person, but having those limits make them feel like a "good enough" person.
I don't blame other people of being "bad people", I think it's this world and this system that is just that cruel. No one want's to spread hate and sadness because he likes it. But we all have dreams and desires, we all want to be happy. Once you realize that there are governments and banks stealing money from whole countries and societies and no one will ever judge them...then you will see the real face of this world. The richest 2% of people have as much money as the entire poorer 50%.

I don't think blackhats think they are good people, but who are the good people? The governments and banks? Or the people who spend their whole life doing a 9-5 job, living like sheep and only supporting this f*cked system?

🤝
They probably do sometimes and don't sometimes depends on how much they have done I would say. Then again I could be wrong.

I've done a lot of shit I'm not proud of, I've tried to "justify" my actions to sleep at night, but in the end I realize the world is cruel, and unforgiving. But at the same time having the option to do something but not doing it makes all the difference. Its the fact you have a choice, for example I can ISP Dox, and have a full understanding of SIM Swapping, I've abused warranties before in my life, I've been a Social Engineer for 5 years. I've seen news articles where people have been arrested for jacking the wallets of cryptoinvestors. I've often wondered about it, but somewhere in the back of my mind I know if I do it there's a good chance I could get fucked. It's not worth it.
I'm sure they just have other kind of morals compared to most people

Well yeah they all know that what they doing is wrong. It's like ewhoring or cracking, you know it's wrong but you still do it. We just create our own justifications to accept it internally
