Hello all. I need help gaining remote access to a laptop and a phone. I have been married for 14 years and have suspected my husband of cheating for a while. I recently found some texts and a photo to support this. I have foolishly allowed my husband to have control over finances so I have no money and no access to bank accounts. I am a stay at home mom of 3 so my husband has also not allowed me to work. I really need access to emails, photos, and texts. And deleted ones also. I need to know how long this has been going on. If anybody is willing to help me for free. Please let me know.

Trust me when I say this make copies of the pictures and text messages and get yourself a lawyer. Yes I know generally lawyers don't work for free especially when it comes to family law, but if your husband makes decent money they will work with you. Hacking won't look great in court and would be more of a liability for you. In all truth at some point a subpoena will be issued for the devices in order to be admitted into evidence due to that whole chain of custody thing. With little to no resources it's difficult but that perhaps is where family could step in and at least get you started, being a mom of three and a stay at home mom you probably would be able to get not just child support but alimony as well, not to mention if you are in a state where there is community property and so on, basically your husband should start saving his man goo for the sperm bank because probably he will need that 200 some odd bucks after you are done with him.
( I am not a lawyer but just had a divorce)
I don't have any experience with being cheated on or even having a wife for that matter. Anyway, being a stay at home mum of 3 and having absolutely no money and no work or even recent work for that matter I'd guess, if you went to court (would be the only sensible way to go about this) and you get custody of the children or say it's 50/50 how well are you going to be able to support yourself, your kids and even find work in a reasonable time? This is because child support generally won't cover the cost for fuel, registration, insurance, medical insurance, food, clothes, bills etc. If it was me, I'd just 'deal with it' even though it sounds bad but you have it pretty good apart from your husband being a complete scumbag if he is cheating.

And I want to know if he's telling the truth. My friend this is what crap people say " I am not cheating it's just text". Don't cheat yourself at the very least get yourself in a position where you can be independent of him. (Jul 17, 2019 08:15 PM)Angel Armagost Wrote: I can get physical access to the laptop. But it is password protected. And I prefer not to have it in my physical possession. The phone I have no access to at all. What type of laptop? is it an Apple laptop or does it run windows? if it runs windows the password can be easily bypassed.

It is a Dell. I believe it has either windows 7 or 10 on it. Bypassing the password would be great too if I do can it without him knowing.
Maybe someone could just tell me how to bypass the password? Without losing data. I would still like to gain remote access to the phone. They like to start a conversation in email and then switch to text. (Jul 18, 2019 07:01 AM)Angel Armagost Wrote: It is a Dell. I believe it has either windows 7 or 10 on it. Start by identifying if it’s windows 7 or 10, 32 or 64 bit and then download an ISO and mount it to a bootable usb, you can find ISOs on piratebay (Jul 18, 2019 07:01 AM)Angel Armagost Wrote: It is a Dell. I'm sorry I don't know anything about this kind of thing. What's the difference between a bootable USB and a regular USB? And how do I mount the iso on it?
How do tell if it's a 32 or 64 bit It's a dell latitude e6420. It's running windows 7 professional. I'm going to assume it's a 64 bit because my husband is a computer guy and says he only uses 64bit. Can I access my husband's phone through our wifi network? And how do i unzip a zip archive ending in .emz with my phone. Can I access my husband's phone through our wifi network?
