Gaining Admin Access on a Work Computer?

Hey guys Im looking for some advice on how to Install games and browse the web freely on a PC that I got from my workplace to do Home Office.

I cant run CMD
Cant run "Run"
Cant go on the internet unless I connect to the companies VPN
Cant access websites (Pr0n,games,betting,hacking,etc...)

I cant seem to find a way to get admin access if anyone know of a way that doesnt require me to use the CMD or run an msc file through Run Id love to hear it.

Thanks a lot for your input

A live Usb works on the device or even the BIOS is restricted?
A couple of quick tricks: try run cmd.com from the search bar or try to run powershell (sometime the admin forgets to block these)
On a seperate note, generally speaking trying to bypass restrictions on your work laptop is a bad idea. They almost certainly using some type of monitoring software and if they catch you then you'll get fired.

OP This is the solution, just boot from a new HDD if the bios isn't restricted.
Remember that work devices belong to your employer and you can get fired for screwing around with it. Risking your income probably isn't worth playing a few games.

As others have mentioned booting a different OS lets you do what you want.
