If you truly want a deeper understanding about WINAPI, I suggest you challenge yourself by re-implementing some WINAPI functions. For example, try to implement wsprintfA yourself ;)
Thank you.

Come help me with my project. I am in need of serious help. For example if you could make a winapi function that grabs the coordinates of a selected screen sectrion and saves it for my app I would be very happy. Also possible to make a contract later on if interest exists!

I'd say GetProcAddress is a better function to re-implement in-order to gain a better understanding of windows internals.
