Because that's just a standard policy and under government authority, it is not possible to give different licence and make different rules for different citizen anywhere in the world.

We have unlimited speed limit at some of our highways.
We can drive as fast as we want to, those roads are usually straight, no curves.

Yes that's right, I mean Germany.
People usually drive here up to 250Km/h and there are no accidents. (155 Miles)

Czech Highways are limited to 130Km/h but they plan on increasing it, there are usually no radar and we can easily drive 160 - 180 Km/h
Problem is that czech highways are usually broken. 130 = ( 80 miles ) 160 - 180 (99 - 111).

And I'm not talking about Bosnia, Serbia, Russia, Ukraine etc, nobody cares just the roads are not the best :D

Well they wont increase the speed due to increase of accidents/deaths and i mean it would be cool if there was no speed in the middle of nowhere but go that speed at your own risk.

Well, I think they're necessary to help prevent accidents. It is at that specific speed limit in that specific area because it works for that specific area after researching data, so no, I don't think it should be increased. And an "unlimited" speed limit is just moronic. Even autobahns have a speed limit, and not a very high one.
