I am reselling gaming codes and I haev done quite well so far but i have found a roadblock. I need to register a company in france to be able to sell more freely. Does anyone know how to do this? I am in Europe too but not france so I am getting quite overwhelmed by all the information

Why do you specially need to register the company in France?

What you can do is ask for someone else to set it up (in exchange for half the profits sincs it's in their name).
Don't be surprised if no one wants to help, you can easily ruin someone's name by destroying the business they start for you so you may find it difficult to partner with someone.

This may be your best bet OP, you may be able to register a company offshore attached to France but I don't know for sure.

I want to sell a bulk lot to a store there that is a high street kind of store, but they say they will only deal with a company registered in their home province

WHat i mean by the post is that I was looking for someone who knew how to do it from another country, like if it is even possible, as the information online has been quite confusing for someone in Germany. I can travel there if I need to but wanted to know if i can do it from home
