He's A. not going to make any actual money, unless he finds a fool that would trust him under the circumstances.
B. Most likely trying to pull a scam.
Would be shortsighted of him not of him not to give a vouch copy if he was legit.

your account can only last up to $400, some accounts $1000 , if you promote blackhat stuff , it wont last that long, only WHITEHAT ads, once you spent $400 you can choose to dump the accounts.

Ah, that's my issue, I'm not sure about the legal issues if I were to advertise an actualy company and not a product/service.
As I could most likely end up with a lawsuit.
