Okay so im working on making a newer updated banner now that I got my IRL squad getting into HF. So im gonna get into my profile being me. We're all a bunch of has beens, we dont do anything unethical or blackhat or unmoral anymore. Just i still like the street theme on my stuff. With that being said what are the restrictions on what pictures i can use to make my banner? i know upload at my own risk, and self incrimination is bad, FBI watches HF all thats cool i dont care i follow the laws now so they can watch me if they want ive already got in trouble and served my time lol. If theres a section going over the rules of what can be in pictures point me in the right direction please? if not if anyone knows them what are they?
