Which hosting provider do I need for an NFA account shop?

Hey guys,

Do I need a super-anonymous off-shore hosting company for an NFA account shop? Or is a small hosting company should be more than enough?
What would you do? I know that one of the biggest NFA account shop owner hosts his site with Hostinger, but he said that he's from India and "rules don't matter there".
Take a look at https://atshop.io

Looking to host a real WordPress site, not going to use a system like ATShop/Selly/Shoppy

Ah, okay - I'd personally recommend https://buyshared.net - they have a location in Roost, Luxembourg which has very good data privacy laws.
Give this guy a shout - https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=6033002

Not sure on his rules but might be alright

Since NFA account shops contain cracked accounts, I assume that I can't host with them.
It's not a stresser or CP, but still illegal I'd say.
Don't get misled, you can use any hosting provider for your shop.

Can you elaborate? Some say that I need an extremely overpriced off-shore hosting company for this.
Yes Ofcourse you should get an offshore host who ideally ignores DMCA and other notices unless you’ve broken local laws.

I’d suggest go with a Swiss/Romania/Luxembourg provider.

Do you have any recommendations?

Maybe Blazin could hook you up. as I see from his thread its okay with his terms I think.

or if you don't care if the hosting account suddenly terminates or whatev.. just get backups and use any cheap hosting and pay with btc.
Prefer something long-term, already contacted Blazin via Skype, waiting for his response
You can use our hosting so long as we don’t get any copyright takedown notices or anything which I highly doubt we would.

I've added you on Disocrd, let's talk about it
Pro tip. Don’t use a hosting from here. Most are either resellers or just renting their hardware at some data center. Problem with that? Reselling and renting shows that a provider isn’t as successful in hosting, which is already a super saturated field.

With NFA, it’s a gamble depending on how big you plan to go. For example: if you become a big disney plus seller, then expect shit from Disney and their legal team. Interchange Disney with other providers, and you could be facing legal notices from 10 other companies.

In some cases, a host would shut down your account and call it a day. But if, again, it all depends on how big and long term you plan to go, so if any of the corporations plan to execute their notices, they’ll send a warrant or a subpoena to your host. Prime example: HQIT. They are registered in Ontario, Canada. They fall under all laws and regulations of Canada, which I doubt supports selling of hacked accounts. If they receive a legal notice or a notice from the RCMP, no doubt they’ll throw you under the bus and save their own business. Just like how any provider would. So not blaming them, but that’s just how jurisdiction works.

So, you want a provider that is registered in an offshore country with limited regulations in your field, or atleast limited regulations in terms of privacy.

Now, I don’t know much about hosts here, but from my experience about members, most here are skids who would shit their pants if law enforcement even looked at them.

You want a host that will only respect local laws and freedom of speech.

Start up a convo, I can possibly give you some price conscious solutions.

Thanks.

BuyShared has a Luxembourg location and some brilliant prices. Very reliable and established hosting provider with owned hardware and in a really good datacentre - would definitely recommend. Been using them for over a year now.
