Since you claim to be a registered Canadian business, what is your Corporation Number or your Business Number?

Thank you.

Edit: Seeing as you got my reply deleted, you claim that you're a registered business yet your Business Number and even the company name are not registered. Why are you lying about being registered?
Great Hosting, cheap price, with an amazing performance and a friendly support team

big vouch.

Your post doesnt show your a contracted customer for some reason. I would include your contract with me (https://hackforums.net/contracts.php?act...cid=126951) so staff don't give you a warning. Pleasure doing business though!
How are your VPS services remotely competing against the likes of Azure, Amazon, DigitalOcean and [censored]?

Your pricing is way off the charts in my opinion, and it offers no real advantage over the services mentioned above.

What are your plans to combat the issues addressed above and how is this even remotely sustainable for you?

This comment is made in regards to your prices, which is an important piece of information any potential customer here should be aware of. This is not a 'sales trash' any more than competitors are.

It's just that as a potential future customer, you might like to have some kind of assurance that the services offered only in the UK for VPS are actually worth investing in.

Unlike our competitors, we offer
- SAN - Network Storage
- Data Replication
- Fail-Over Storage
- Fail-Over Hypervisiors

Vs our competitors such as D.O, Google Cloud, Azure and AWS, our average I/O speed is 945.3 MB/s while Digital Ocean is 307 MB/s and google cloud is 124 MB/s

(utilizing 2 CPUs, 4GB ram, 20GB SSD storage & CentOS on all cloud VM) Our Unix bench score hit over 3000 while AWS hit 2000, Microsoft Azure hit 1500 and google cloud hit around 1250.

We have a much better value when it comes to our products. We aren't trying to be the cheapest. We are trying to be the best.

Where can I order this from you?

(Jan 9, 2020 03:00 AM)Cyber Rick Wrote:  - Data Replication
Where are you replicating the data to and how often? If someone hacks my VPS and trashes the data, will you still have the replicated data intact? By the way, I almost guarantee that your named competitors have some sort of data replication for VMs. They won't want to be blamed for data loss when one of their nodes goes down.

What does this even mean?

Sequential is meh when it comes to VMs. Is that just reading or writing? I'd be interested in seeing results of both

Again, I'd be interested in seeing the results here. Can you post the full results of your unixbench on each service?

But the people you're reselling from are offering the same service for a much more reasonable $11/mo, no?
still lurkin. still bitcoin cashin.

1. SAN - Network Storage is included with our VPS'

2. Your data is mirrored to redundant hardware in real-time. If someone "hacks your VPS" that would be your responsibility and unless you have backups enabled/paid for then no, your data would not be "intact". The data replication is to prevent any issues arising due to "our" negligence/hardware failure etc.

3. It means exactly what it says.

Definition: Failover is a backup operational mode in which the functions of a system component (such as a processor, server, network, or database, for example) are assumed by secondary system components when the primary component becomes unavailable through either failure or scheduled downtime.

Hypervisor: A hypervisor is computer software, firmware or hardware that creates and runs virtual machines.

4. It is an average of both reading and writing.

5. I have kept a copy of the raw output from all providers, I can give that to you if you would like (.rtf)

6. I am unfamiliar with any hosting company offering identical services for $11/month however my partner hosting company in which I have a contract with for the server and co-location does offer identical features and performance but also for a very similar price to what we sell for. We may charge a couple of dollars more, however, that comes with us being your provider instead of them which CAN include faster and/or better support since we are a smaller company among other possible future features.
(Jan 9, 2020 04:23 PM)Cyber Rick Wrote:  6. No, they are not. Our performance is much better.

What? Are you saying you've enhanced the servers you're reselling from?

So by that you just mean you're running the VPS storage off of a SAN? I don't understand how this is even worth mention

Oh so it's just what literally any of your named competitors are also doing

So again, your competitors also do this.

Obviously, neither of you are interested in actually purchasing anything. Please get off my thread, it's very obvious you are just trying to sales trash.

I'm Stanley HF's helper bot. This OP (original poster) of this thread wants everyone to see this page and has elected to bump it to the top of the showthread listing. Since HF doesn't want a ton of LQP (Low Quality Posts) this is the best method of bumping your content. There is a small βyte fee for each bump. Any OP can bump any of their threads on HF from the linked icon on the top of their first post.

There is a huge misunderstanding here; I needed to host my API, I said why not give them a try. Well, I think we can say i have been fooled.

First, their cPanel comes with the IP Blocker module, but we cannot setup the module or its rules. Whenever I try to access my php scripts, the ip blocker blocks my ip, so I cannot work at all on my API ! Their ip blocker rules is dumb as f¤, i just access a php script and BOOM my ip gets blocked, and i had to offer myself a [censored] account because my main ip is definitly blocked due to the fact that their rules blocked my ip too many times.

Second, I open a ticket and ask for their technical service to allow me to tweak the rules or at least do something for my case, which i'm sure i cannot be the only one in that case, they told me that they cannot tweak the rules or create custom rules, and they asked me to buy a VPS of their service. The Hosting plan is 1.99 while the VPS is minimum 39.99 (the first VPS plan will get you a laggy and buggy VPS, especially if you select Windows because it has too few ram and cpu).

Third, they offer no real support on discord, the dude just give you his discord for marketing purposes, but as soon as you try to report an issue, it's a systemic "please open a ticket" reply. When I introduced myself and my project the dude on discord said " Should be fine. We have pretty good DDoS protection so it would take a lot of power to take down the server. If it’s a recurring ongoing issue we may ask that you purchase a VPS though. Legally I also don’t see any issue". But everything he said was not real in the end : their ddos protection is not good, it's sloppy to the extent it blocks legitimate connections;

To whoever wants to get a cheap host for their developping projects, I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING HQIT Hosting at all. I feel sorry to post this, but I feel like i've been lied.
