I don't necessarily disagree with lowering the budget in the military, but what are homeless people going to do to benefit society? Not all, but a lot of them are on drugs, are partially insane, or have no motivation to do anything. I remember seeing a homeless person begging for money right across the street from a Hardees with a "We're Hiring!" sign in the front window.

Rather than helping the homeless, I rather put that money into fixing the public school system. Even in good public schools, they aren't prepping you the way they should.

There's always a way to test homeless people capability, But I'm not saying just abandon those meth heads and lazy dudes.
