My negative that I left on his account got him so upset so he made an exit scam, we both know that it means that he just tried to build up his account and then make an exit scam. So if it wasn't for my negative he would end up scam higher amounts. Besides that I can't be wrong, I checked the laws myself and I can confirm that you are wrong.
