Provided user with details last night to both OG email & TikTok, and he said he was in the process of securing and that I would have my money then or by the AM. Well, it's almost noon and I still haven't received any payment. The user stated he was having problems with it still sending codes to my phone after he's added his information/2fa/phone to everything and that he was trying to fix. It's been almost 10 hours now and I've still not gotten anything, and each time I ask I get told to wait 30 minutes or so.

I'll happily close this once I am paid for my account.

Him loosing the account is totally his fault, the contract between both of you stipulates that you deliver the account which you did, he failed to stay on contract terms and send you the 140$ BTC Payment. He is totally at fault.
