Hello everyone, I have recently been considering switching from Console Gaming (Xbox One) to PC gaming. I have found a few interesting pre built PC’s in my area on Facebook Marketplace. I recently got a Dell S2716DGR monitor and the response is incredible and that’s on an Xbox... I was curious to see everyone’s opinion on the matter. I am not a crazy gamer I play maybe two hours a day. Although I have only ever played consoles and it’s been that way since I was little. I am not sure on how the transition may be and was looking for some feedback.

Switching to PC is definitely game changing

It's a really good decision.
But some games could be better on console than pc or even exclusive that might interest you.
But it's a good transition.

PC is better just because of the fact that you can mod the shit out of most games. And if you can't mod it, it's probably not very fun.

PC is awesome, you can also use XBOX controller if you are use to it.
Consoles are great but you will always be more limited than on PC, maybe check the next-gen consoles but i'm sure PC will dominate.

I enjoy the comfort of laying in my bed, and though I do perform better on Mouse and Keyboard (for fps games) I very much prefer using a controller for most games.
(Some games have some of the shobbiest gunplay for console; IE Resistance.
A high quality fps game would be Apex Legends; if every game had gunplay like that game, oof. )

You can connect your controller to pc with a bluetooth usb dongle and have the same experience.

Higher expenses comes with better quality, unlike console where you're paying more than what it's worth. not having counted PS3.

And most games are locked at 30 fps.
