I'd say the group is still by far the best on HF for now but you should not expect everyone to keep the OP8 UB. Even if you do keep a criteria of forcing everyone to keep the UB how long do you expect people to stay in the group when there are multiple groups here with different color options and nice & good looking UBs. I'd want to join in anytime if you ever plan to remove the criteria that's being forced. Help apart from being in the group will always be done. Count me in.

Thank you for the kind words, but I fear you didn't read the Handbook. The UB must be worn through the "initiative" phase similar to how other groups function. You did not complete your initiative, and therefore you were required to wear the UB.
