No one got scammed? Contract disputes shouldn't be used for considered 'scam attempts'.
I believe you should instead open a community alert. Use a MM next time and cover the terms before opening a contract.

Your B-rating will stay the same, it's not related to the dispute.
I'm not sure if you're blind or smth else, but the contract should be disputed when someone is SCAMMED.
