Policy Question

Can Vouch copy into Deal dispute?

If a member bought a vouch copy (highly discounted price). Got his work done and got results also but still he is not giving his review.
Then can I make a deal dispute against him?
Because If a user not giving his review then what is the meaning of giving vouch copy?

Below is my contract Tos
Code
Contract TOS:
--ALL sales are final NO REFUNDS
--If you have any questions after the work is done message me in a PM please do not reply on the thread.
Yes. I personally believe so, if not just open a community alert so that other sellers don't give him vouch copies.

Of course. You can create a deal dispute on any deal. Whether it's a vouch copy or whatever.

I’d personally turn it into a dispute. They got a discounted copy on the terms it would come with a review. They have not kept their end of the deal.
I'd definitely say so. Make a community alert warning people also. Link the thread here when you do.
You should try to solve the issue directly with him. Ask him why he’s not fulfilling his part of deal. If he doesn’t respond then you have full right to open dispute against him.

Dispute the contract with him then, even though its a vouch copy he failed to keep up with his end of the deal.
depends on the agreement listed in the contract .

What's the point of a vouch copy if the user doesn't post a review?

Yes, you can. You can dispute any contract if you think something is not right. Just for future reference, make a better contract ToS.

It was a blast being on staff. I stepped down as it's time for me to move on. I wish you all the best and if you were hit by my warnings and/or bans, it was nothing personal.

Peace out!
