System is active from last night (CEST timezone) so it applies to all new issued warnings. It doesn't matter if you collected it in the past. Everyone gets a fresh start.

EXCELLENT IDEA, I think this is really great because it makes people realize their mistake and gives them a way to show some understanding on what they did wrong. I really hope that you guys can come up with more innovative idea's like this in the future.
