I messaged him for a custom order he said he could do it.
This would’ve been a month ago by now.
He had complications and I could tell he was bullshitting but gave him the benefit of the doubt .
And after asking him to refund me continually he made excuses etc started to bs.
I even gave him 24 hours to refund me and even extra time .

If there's anyway to prove what u were buying along with any fake tracking id he gave u or anything be sure to add that since it's a bit confusing by the pics it looks like he deleted u then readded u to tell u his paypal was on hold then just stopped responding.

Dealt with him 2 days ago, I went first and he sent the BTC promptly after - seems weird
edit; just looked at his recent posts, and his written communication seems different to what it was 2 days ago.

So I paid this user ages ago for a hookah order . He said he could get it half price .

And then he blocked me

and closed it right away to prevent the accused giving his statement.

i hope you can't close disputes unless it's been resolved .
