Easy merch product to sell / manage

I personally don't want to do clothing feel like there's to much room for error. I'm coming up on 2mil followers and I said i'd drop merch since 100k but never got around to it. any ideas would be appreciated
What platform do you use? What kind of content do you put out? Why not just go with clothing like everyone else? It works.

99% of the time the clothing gets messed up and I don’t want to deal with the refunds and returns and it’s more likely with clothing.

Also tiktok, stories, comedy, satire content, generic videos
Meme cards.

So hear me out you're getting my billion dollar idea here because it's not my niche so I'm never going to do it.

Pokemon cards are all the trend right now.

If you're in the generic comedy niche on TikTok selling meme cards would work great. You can release new editions to keep up to date with new memes and I actually think they'd work out well. I mean memes are such a big part of youth culture right now, imagine looking back at all your favourite memes through your cards.

And there are print on demand stores that do cards so it's possible.

Maybe it's a stupid idea, or maybe it's one of those stupid ideas that works out super well. Just an idea.

That's actually a really good idea man! I could definitely seeing that be a huge deal if done correctly. I don't think I could personally do that as a merch but that does give me another idea but you should definitely look more into that make some cards and potentially get some investors.

Thank you!

I was considering doing it with YouTubers but with the licensing issues I'd need a team to help me and some investment to get the YT'ers on board in the first place.

Dude you are smart I have seen your YT and stuff I am sure you could pull it off.

And for OP just make limited clothing it helps make it less messy, you will make everyone happy or at least the people who manage to get the stuff.

Do you mean stores that print pokemon cards as it looks original?

print on demand means you can make as many customized products, like clothing, phone cases, or cards, as you want and they will be printed only when ordered meaning there is basically infinite supply without the cost of keeping inventory. It's a fancy way of dropshipping that isn't just generic products.
I would suggest a slightly different approach. With 2Mil followers, it sounds like you have a legitimate brand / business going here. Were I you, I would reach out to some agencies that represent social media personalities or "meme" accounts and set up some meetings. Let them know what your stats are and that you are looking for help promoting your page(s) and licensing. You may need to go through a few different agencies, but at that level of engagement you may find a smaller agency willing to take you on. It shouldn't cost you anything. In return for signing with them, they should be able to license out your brand to a manufacturer that will handle all of the production of clothes, shipping, fulfillment, returns, etc. All you'll need to do is promote it. They'll take a cut of the revenue and so will the agency, but IMO it's worth it because it removes a lot of hassle for you and also you'll probably do better working with professionals. A reputable agency can also help you grow your page through collabs and other opportunities. They will also have relationships with sponsors who may be interested in working with you on more lucrative deals.

Congrats on the success and good luck!
