Yep, Like I mean a lot of people are watching and when I say that, you really have to be careful what you post. We all know majority if not all used those services for malicious intent. If your service is causing harm to others in larger scales, you should expect something like this can happen to you. People don't realize how sketchy it is to run these services nowadays - it's not 2011-2012 anymore! Let's be thankful for the vendors who are still running these services and support them if you can.

My experience says,
Never ever buy paid RATs / Crypters... Cause, if not now.....every paid malware (when it gets popular in the community), will be taken down by authorities..... There are so many past examples: BlackShades.......Luminocity.........Imminent Monitor.......& Now, CyberSeal & DataProtector..... So, according to my experience..."NEVER EVER BUY PAID MALWARES" Its better to use free ones like NJRAT, ASYNC RAT, etc. where there is no chance of it being taken down..... I think selling a Rat is cleary more dangerous than a crypter service, in terms of law application, but in Dataprotector and Cyberseal case, they were biggest than any other Rat vendors. Quote:Where's every other HF member claiming their service is white hat? As if multi thousand dollar company would trust a "IT only use" product from HF. If you're going to pentest wouldn't you want actual products from the wild? Also, my guess is that HF products are MUCH MUCH cheaper than enterprise level pricing at those companies. I'd like to read the actual charges from court documents. I don't know Romanian law and I'm not sure they can be extradited on these types of charges. Usually there is only certain types of crimes that will be allowed for extradition. I have closed the threads but I'm waiting to see about closing the actual accounts. I'd like to get word from them on that request. (Nov 20, 2020 11:25 PM)Brаdley Wrote: Lots of people are dumb nowadays especially on here. The fact that someone makes a tool that can be used for illegal purposes does not mean that they use it for the same.Buying such tools is absolutely legal while the very use of the tool is in question.User who bought this type of software or something similar as long as he uses it on his equipment and network locally or remotely or provides a service to a third party with appropriate court documentation in order to detect vulnerabilities or some other purpose is legal while abuse of the same software is illegal. Here is one stupid example. You bought a car and you decide to drive them in a city where the limit is 50 kilometers per hour.It is up to you whether you will go 50 or 100 kilometers per hour.As long as you follow the rules of the house and drive 50 then there is no problem, but if you decide to drive 100 then a problem arises.
