Hey all this is my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/YkfmF8
I have the fans pointing the right way and everything don't worry I got that right. I just feel like my computer's running hot, but maybe its cause im not used to playing with a good rig. Will someone let me know what you think temps for cpu/gpu should be in like cod/wow pretty close to max settings.
First thing that I see is the lack of airflow, solid front panel with a small restricted "gap" around the edges (with holes). Not the greatest. This is actually a topic that GN has spoken alot about.
One thing that you could try is to remove the front plate of the case and see if the temps changes.
Also, out of curiosity, where and which way have you installed the rad?
It shouldn't be running hot with water cooling.
What are your temps?
Can you maybe benchmark it and video record the statics or upload it?

I uploaded a picture of my case and how I built it, I took the front plate off. At the moment I am planning on laser engraving an open design on my front plate to get some better airflow through there.

Dude I've been playing cod and streaming on the side running low 80s peaking mid 80s. Wont drop below... When at rest all cool and normal though. Running 36

That machine looks really nice tbh and you got the rad installed in a good way too which is nice to see :)
Um, is it just me or are the front fans pushing air out from the case? -sure looks like it and if that's the case then I can tell you that that's wrong. You'll need to flip them.

Let me know what you think, I just saw alot of people building this way. Assumed with directions of the fan colors that this was proper way aswell.

Most common pretty much the best way as well:
Front/Bottom = suck air in
Back/To = push air out
If all pushes out there's no way for fresh air to get in, as it's now the only way to get air in is trough the cracks and the back which is no where near enough for those specs. Flip the front fans, that should fix it all for you ;)
EDIT - Also having it like that means that the warm air from the PSU gets sucked back in to the machine (trough the back) and then pushed trough the rad. So yeah, not enough fresh air :P

Damn, so you're telling me no more pretty lights inside the case xD

Well the lights will still be seen tho, just the front fans needs to flip so it's not that bad and mostly people see the machine at an angle so that the inside of the front fans are less visible...depending on how you have it all placed in the room tho.
I actually have a case with a window, even got some basic lights but yeah, due to lack of space I have the case on the side of the table so that the window is covered, can't see any lights or internals what so ever xD

Any time mate, please report back when you have flipped them and tested it all out as well :)
Just so you know, you can rotate the CPU cooler display instead of leaving the words "NZXT" at a weird angle. Just turn it a few notches until it clicks into place.

15 Degree difference. I thought that could be it, that's why I uploaded the photo. Thanks brotha! Cheers!
Its intel, that's why it's running hot :)
If it was a VIA processor it wouldn't be hot
