Just saying using any tor gateway defeats the purpose of using a p2p network because it adds a centralized control point.

There is one of xampp that can be found on portableapps. I would recommend that instead, but configuration will be a bit sluggish, I've done a portable botnet like this before, but I got bored with the idea so I abandoned it.
