I am currently mining TRON with my 2080ti while reading a little bit on GPU rigs and seems they are really easy to build, so I figured to build one with 8-10 gpus.
Anyone knows what are good coins to mine? I was thinking to mine newer coins with all the gpus, that way if one coin goes massive I could cash in quite well.
Someone could give tips for a beginner like me?

I mean it's profitable for sure after the price raise, but I don't think it would go 10k for example.
While TRON is only 0.032, I could mine this coin at the current difficulty and in 2-3 years it may be something massive like $10?

You cannot mine with Tron's consensus it is not Proof-of-Work. Follow the advice of others posted above if you are actually trying to pursue mining. Ethereum.
