I don't know of many people who have gotten one yet around here, going to be interesting to see how many people get the vaccine in about a years time. Hopefully with more people having the vaccine it will help keep down new cases.

I don't even think they are doing it yet in my area unless you are a front line medical worker or are predisposed to harsher symptoms, being elderly or having preexisting underlying health conditions.

Covid is treated really strangely in my state. Everything is shut down but people are still out and about even though there is nothing to do. People will sit at Applebees bar until close at 11:00PM because none of the bars are open period.

Here, some people wear them, some people don't. It's really hit or miss. No one really says anything and everything just goes as normal. Biggest problem I've had with all of this is not being able to do anything past 9:00PM basically. Everything gets shut down except some restaurants near me.

I understand we are supposed to be inside and not spreading things but man we've been cooped up for some long now.

Congrats on getting it man, once I get it I'll still probably wear a mask and social distance. I feel like it'd be nice if the current rate at which people now clean things / wash hands etc would stay like it is rather than return to pre-covid levels.

Hopefully it does. It would be hard to know with the quarantines that happened how much truly cleaning and hand washing cuts back on other viruses and bacteria. Like if everyone kept that habit and life returns to normal again how much of a reduction would we see in all other illness.

To be honest it would probably be a really good improvement to overall health, I recall seeing that they started cleaning subways more frequently which I was surprised to find they cleaned them before at all. Not to mention people who used to not wash their hands now washing them probably increased overall sanitation.

Two guys who came to my house to work on it today have had their first jabs, one seems healthy and happy enough, the other was miserable but they both said ironically enough that before the vaccine their roles were reversed in terms of mood lol. I don't believe them really I imagine it was just a joke, but it would be funny if side effects were you basically switched personalities with your opposites.

Oh for sure. The hand sanitizer kills me though, hands are constantly ate the F up. My bad habit is constantly touching my face or eating something after handling money without using some.
