BloodCyka has Disputed a Contract with Hooper ( 2146865 )

(Mar 26, 2021 06:32 AM)N Wrote:  Gemini solves issues with accounts fairly quickly, especially with funds in it. What was the issue they said?

All I’ve been reading is your account is closed/banned without any reasoning as to why or any proof as to why it was banned/closed.

You can read a ton of disputes/reviews online from Gemini, with people having $100s of thousands being held which was resolved fairly quickly.

I’ll give you a head start. There’s tons more online as well where people had their issues resolved quickly. Unless there is something you’re not saying as to why your account got closed then it’s pretty vague.

https://www.bbb.org/us/ny/new-york/profi...complaints

At the end of the day, it’s not even their problem your account got closed since you weren’t even suppose to move the funds. So not sure why they should wait, or we should care that your account got closed or legal counselling or half of the other irrelevant information in this thread that means nothing. You already admitted it was your mistake, so just refund them already. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Not gonna lie it’s happened to me before that’s why it’s all questionable...

I’m blacklisted from some exchange websites.

I know first hand they will allow you withdraw funds.

100%, you can get banned from some if they believe the funds are used for gambling etc and base on state / country laws.

But they have to always allow you to withdraw funds you have as balance. Unless you have your shit seized by the government and have an investigation then it shouldn’t be any different.
Aaaand that's why I always say I don't trust any "MM" with certain amounts, no matter what the reputation on the interwebz they might have. 9k is money. I haven't read everything in detail but it's quite easy to note that putting MM money on an exchange is irresponsible, something an incompetent would do. There woulda been literally 0 problems if the coins were on cold storage. Maybe KJ wanted to trade with them? Or why did he put them on the exchange without notifying the parties?

-> "My home renovations happened in 2019"
-> "Were paid for in 2019"

These answers come off as short and vague, and it's not just me thinking that.

Are you saying that ALL renovations were paid for in 2019? Or that just some of them were? Because I know you spent around at least $40k on renovations. I also know that you bought and sold Dreamers (for the same price with no profit made) to Zeus in under two weeks time or so which was extremely odd to see happen after you saying you were going to do something with the group. And I won't go into personal details, but I also know about two other things you needed money for during this time.

It's just the whole "there's more below the surface" and the "things are being worked on" just doesn't cut it for a dispute worth $95k+. I have no personal vendettas against you, but I just don't think it's fair to BloodCyka , Hooper , or anyone else in the community that you're not being 100% transparent with everything happening right now behind the scenes, detail for detail. And as a long time MM of this community it infuriates me to not see you being more transparent when it comes to a $95k+ deal dispute against you.

Yes we know that you've paid BloodCyka part of what you owe, however that was around a month and a half ago and is irrelevant at this point because you didn't fulfill your part of the agreement back when you paid him partially. Then there's things you're saying that are just untrue. This dispute was not made "as a formality" like you said. This dispute was made because BloodCyka now has legal issues because you don't have his funds.

Do I hope you figure this out and come up with the funds? Of course I do, who wouldn't. But until that time comes it's only right for there to be 100% transparency when it comes to this amount of money. Because we all know if this were to have happened in person, a real life situation and not online, that transparency would more than likely automatically be there.
bugga told me I'm a cutie

I'm sure it's in the very best interest to have this solved for all parties involved. This is just becoming a witch hunt if you hold any grudge against KJ and I see many posters do.

Why do you care when he renovated his house huh? You want what, his bank statements? Proof of insurance? Who are you to whom he has to be transparent or anyone here in this thread? You care too much about things that are NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS.

Just to be clear, I'm not taking anyone's side nor vouching for anyone here nor do I care how this will end up. I just want to inform everyone that from this post onward, policies will be heavily enforced. The quoted post proves my witch hunt theory.

It was a blast being on staff. I stepped down as it's time for me to move on. I wish you all the best and if you were hit by my warnings and/or bans, it was nothing personal.

Peace out!
The only evidence @Kill Joy has ever provided me and BloodCyka is this screenshot. I want to be very clear any "legal" liability I had here became 0 when I authorized the middleman (KJ) to release the funds entirely back to the client (Bloodcyka). I don't know or understand why @Kill Joy wouldn't just refund Bloodcyka, and I had nothing to do with his decision to move the funds WITHOUT my permission or BloodCykas and without even notifying us that he did it back in December when the deal was still on the table.

I wish Kill Joy would provide more evidence besides this screenshot that was sent to me in the middle of the afternoon, and it says over there that the time was 10:43. The screenshot itself is redacted, and as someone affected by all of this, I would love for KJ to provide me or @Bloodcyka or even the HF community with some evidence because right now, all we have is his word, and no agreement has been reached with any of the parts involved as of today.

That does make the suspicions others have more real. That could be from anywhere or anyone

Also KJ says OP has already received more than half of what is owed. How ever I am owed 1.02 BTC and haven't received a dollar.

His problem he lost the funds and got it frozen, so he should be responsible on replacing it.
Sorry to say this but I remember Kill Joy spending hundreds of thousands on his house months ago. I don’t know if this relates but ye. sus...

You're welcome to speculate but baseless speculation doesn't do a lot of good for anyone, but I guess we all know how much you love trying to push FUD and stir up drama.

Probably, recovering frozen funds is never quick or easy.

This wasn't the only deal that got fucked by his funds being frozen, but this is the last one [to my knowledge] he has to pay back. Numerous deals were in the thousands of dollars range.

What?

Nobody, not even Kill Joy, is disputing this. Idk what your point is?

KJ has been actively developing his property for much longer than that. What sort of unsubstantiated claim do you really want to make here?

I'm never going to blindly defend anybody here, not my friends, not anyone. But I do believe that KJ has a long enough track history here of being an exemplary person and an excellent middle man that he's earned himself a bit of good will. Give the man a chance to sort out his situation, he hasn't run, he hasn't closed lines of communication, he's owning up to his situation. The last thing anybody needs is a gaggle of retards up in here throwing unsubstantiated bullshit around because they want to stir up drama, and especially coming from you, that's rich.

Of course it is. No exchange takes over a month or over a week to resolve an issue like that. Just saying.

The point is he should refund them if he’s not disputing the claim that he fucked up. No body cares about the sad story about his account frozen or block or nothing. Just the refund.

What are you even trying to prove with these responses ?

As above what you're saying bro i totally agree with you.

You're being sarcastic, right? It's [almost(?)] industry standard to hold frozen funds for 180 days in the event that illegal activity is suspected to have taken place. Even when illegal activity hasn't taken place, the crypto scene is NOTORIOUS for incredibly slow response rates from just about every single exchange's support teams. Crypto is terrifying when things go wrong because you have NO idea when you're going to see your money again.

Oh, I wasn't aware you had profound insight into KJ's financials. Please point him to his stash of spare money that he can redistribute. WHY DIDN'T ANYBODY THINK OF THIS???

Can somebody give N a fucking medal for being problem solver of the year?

That you guys need to cut the witch hunting shit and let him solve this. He's still here, he's not denying any of this, he's not saying he won't make this right. Even a fraction of his track record on this forum eclipses anything that you'll achieve here, so to see people like you up in his shit without using your head is frustrating.

(He has been moderating the Crypto section for years)
Shouldn't a Crypto Genius know about these problems happening and having stuff put in place for this not to happen.
No one is witch hunting.
We are just wanting him to come up with another solution WRITTEN on thread if the funds are not able to be recovered as it's HIS problem for breaking his terms.
Which he hasn't agreed to any of it and just ignored it with different questions and answers instead. Not giving enough information.

Does it look like I'm being sarcastic? Do you see anyone laughing here? I am not sure what world you live in, but clearly you have no idea of how it works or the understanding of it. This isn't PayPal.

Again, another idiotic post. I DON'T CARE ABOUT HIS FINANCIALS. He had the money, why do I need to care if he lost the money by doing something stupid or his account got ''frozen''? Why is that my problem or the person who's money he's holding?

Pay them back.

Nothing you commented thus far made sense, its hilarious seeing idiots like you talk about shit you don't know about because you're in his group. Who cares about his financial? He was holding money that he was suppose to have, you think that's how the real world works?
