How could he still be allowed to sell on HF??
Disputes every weeks, and a huge part is closed because he asked the customer do to it, promising he will resolve the problem.
But he has absolutely nothing valuable to sell : no skills, no tools, no "team" behind his "products" and "services".
The only thing he is good at is lying, scamming, ghosting, ignoring.
And also promoting his threads, I admit.

Look at the number of successfully completed contracts and compare it to the number of disputes.

While the number of disputes against him seems high, his dispute rate is actually rather low, less than 1%. I don't think staff view members with dispute rates that low as overly dangerous.

I'm not trying to defend TOM in fact I think he's a giant giant douchebag. However I don't think anything will happen to him when his trade volume is so high and his dispute % so low.

29 of them have been resolved.
11 still open (Not counting disputes he has opened himself).

So a little less than 1 dispute per month vs how many successful deals does he do in 1 month? He's had about 2400 contracts made (made, not accepted) in this year long period, and only 11 of them have resulted in disputes still open.

Not the greatest ratio, but I suppose that it does still display that he at least tries to resolve his disputes.
Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see him closed, I'm just trying to determine how staff justifies keeping him around.
