Later on, this church was destroyed by police on June 10, 1975 and hence became a national movement and then gone international.

Some sex workers as users said above are completely forced into the lifestyle and they want to just survive in this cruel world. Nothing wrong with it and I support it to a certain extent.
Sex is a base-level desire for us. It seems humans don't have a way to completely fulfill desires because we typically move the goal post with desired goals.
Want a girlfriend? One day you get one. You're happy for a while. Then you realize you want a more perfect girlfriend. You want one that offers better sex, better looks, more support of your dreams, more support of your wishes to having a threesome, more open to your hobbies ect.
Legalization and regulation of prositution would be a good thing to me. I don't think desire is a bad thing for our species. Strong desires explored in the sex industry lead to bad things happening in the dark. Strong desires honed or focused in any industry or product can be harmful. However, the harm of exploiting sex workers can ruin a person physically and emotionally.
On a different note, do you think commercial access to sex would lead to more or less sex crime? I wonder what impact it could have on the Incel population.

Well, there's always going to be loads of new people ready to throw money at people for their sexual desires, so this is something that's mostly likely never going to die out.
Been like this forever, just times and technology has changed and made everything more convenient and easier.

That's an interesting opinion. I personally don't feel like it's normalized enough. I'd like to see legal prostitution with licensing and a prostitution tax to fund assistance programs.
What makes you feel like OnlyFans in particular is a bad thing?
I am not aware of this international sex workers day exist :D
