So, this is a thread for NAGA coin (NGC) that is a utility token for the NAGA.com platform, which has already over million users)
It's basically an online stock/CDF/forex exchange where you can trade everything that you want to. They have a full fiat gateway where you can deposit and withdraw money. It's basically biggest competitor to company named as "eToro" (I'm sure you've seen those annoying youtube ads of eToro, so yeah copy-trading)
So basically, the company is already successful and generating tens of millions of revenue and millions of profit yearly.
Their naga.com exchange alone had more than 150 billion USD in trading volume in the first half of 2021 and their growth speed is insane.
They are basically one of the only real competitors to eToro, and NAGA is also building a mobile bank competitor for N26/Revolut, named naga pay (naga.com/pay)
"Coming in Q3 2021!"
The team is active in PR:
"On 29 & 30 September 2021, NAGA will participate in the Forex Expo 2021, in Dubai, as a Diamond sponsor of the event. 💎"
https://naga.com/news-and-analysis/artic...1-in-dubai
Yesterday, NAGA started sponsoring a football team named Sevilla FC from Spain
https://naga.com/news-and-analysis/artic...artnership
IMPORTANT!!! CHECK THEIR YOUTUBE Q&A VIDEO
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hRva8mCJi9I (44:22)
The team has a big fintech ecosystem built, and their stock valuation is already in hundreds of millions of dollars.
https://naga.com/news-and-analysis/artic...lf-of-2021
CEO made a post a few months ago to LinkedIn where you can see that they are also going for NFTs.
Personally, I can't wait for new utilities and new crypto products.
I think the biggest problems of NGC are
- lack of good exchange listings (which will be fixed once NGC will get added to the naga.com exchange)
- lack of good utility within a platform (which will be fixed, source: the Q&A video that I linked)
- lack of PR for the coin itself
Naga is not a dead company, and less than half a year ago it raised $30m more funding
https://www.dgap.de/dgap/News/?newsID=1426873 (not with the ICO though, they do not have other in-house cryptocurrencies than NGC)
NAGA is already listed in the NAGAx.com exchange that is built by the NAGA team.
Yes, that crypto exchange's volume is very small (though it should rise once naga.com/pay comes out since all crypto purchases with naga pay will be done through nagaX crypto exchange that's currently "almost dead" though it's working well and there is good liquidity for NGC tokens)
the CEO said in the video that they will add the NGC coin to the naga.com exchange which is making one BILLION dollar volume daily and add more utilities to the coin.
CEO told also in the Q&A session just a month ago that they're trying to make the coin value go back to $1 issue price or above, and are adding new utilities for the coin.
For example, they recently have hired a manager for their crypto division as the CEO said in the YouTube Q&A video.
They will have +50 employees in their crypto division in future
I recommend you to check the naga.com website to read more about the company and check Youtube videos to hear more about future plans for NGC
Once the better utility & NGC is added to their big naga.com exchange then I expect the token price to skyrocket but let's see
If you want to acquire NGC tokens, you can buy them easily on nagax.com (naga official crypto exchange) and there is very good liquidity for that
Not feeling it really. When I have more time I'll try to dig deeper but it seems to be doing nothing.
What do they need the coin for other than a quick cash grab?
All of their services and products work fine without the coin. As they're a company and not a DAO the token isn't even for governance.
The token (price wise) has been basically dead for two years now, and seemed to have launched during the ICO craze probably as a quick cash grab.

so CEO said they still care about their NGC token & add way more utility to it and you think its red flag?
"That's just a massive red flag."
Can you tell me why it's a red flag?
CEO (Benjamin Bilski) is a successful businessman who joined the company when N4G the stock price was 0.5$ and he made it go +1000% up in six months after joining as CEO. N4G stock valuation is over $240 million USD right now and NGC token valuation is under $3 million
This is public information you can find by a google search for NAGA STOCK
CEO know how to build a company and he loves cryptocurrencies as you can find out from youtube video i linked in thread

The fact that the CEO wants to "push the price above $1" makes me very uncomfortable.

The main thing you're using to maintain its credibility is claiming that its CEO is a successful businessman. This CEO seems like he wants to push the token price up as high as he can without any real basis for such value. That's the first red flag. You mentioned in the OP that they're basically going to be jumping on the NFT bandwagon as well. That's a second red flag. It seems like you're just trying to get people hyped up for a token that doesn't seem to serve much of a purpose.
You claim that their official exchange is doing $1 billion in daily volume, but their BTC/USD daily volume is under $5,000. Their own token's volume isn't even $1,000. Their largest crypto/fiat pair (BTC/EUR) is just barely above 30,000 Euros in daily volume. There isn't a single trading pair on that entire exchange with daily volume anywhere near even $100,000 let alone $1 billion.
https://nagax.com/
The spreads on the same pairs on the naga.com exchange are so high that $1 billion in daily volume would be impossible.

The only Benjamin Bilski I found is a German former professional swimmer who suddenly got into business. "+1000% in six months" is a lie. As a matter of fact, it's actually down 23.92% in the last 6 months at the time of posting.

Additionally, to say that NGC's valuation is low is an understatement.

There is no market cap data since March 2021. The trading volume is so low that this token is effectively worthless just because of how illiquid it is. The all-time price chart doesn't have the best of looks either. For all practical intents and purposes, this token is dead in the water and has been for several years.

Whenever you're researching a token or any other investment, taking all of your info from the project's own site isn't doing your own research (DYOR). That's risking getting sucked into a scam unless it's 100% objective information and can be readily and independently proven by trusted sources. And if you can't find information on some project or company on any site other than their own site, you're taking a foolishly major risk if you invest in it.

I've noticed a pattern recently; people who say things like "major coin X could also be a scam/ponzi/pump and dump" are usually full of it and are often shills. You're also deflecting and dodging questions.
The way I currently see it, this project is sketchy at best.

Sorry but everything that you said is literally wrong information so I don't mind debunking it but it is probably because I had bad English in my thread text or something
"nagax billion volume"
No, I never said that, your should re-read what I wrote.
I said naga.com exchange has billion daily volume, not nagax.com exchange.
Naga company did both crypto exchange & stock/CDF/forex exchange. Last one has billion daily volume, first one (crypto exchange) has almost zero volume indeed
Yes, Benjamin Bilski joined to naga as CEO when it was around 0.5$ and way less than under the year after that, it pumped to $5
That happened in 2019
>What I found was that your claim of "+1000% in six months" is blatantly false.
You clearly did check the wrong stock, I'm talking about N4G (NAGA) stock
> That's risking getting sucked into a scam unless it's 100% objective information and can be readily and independently proven by trusted sources
It's literally heavily regulated stock company, stock companies are being watched by watchdogs, it's not crypto BS that are unregulated
> it's actually down 23.92% in the last 6 months at the time of posting.
Yes in last 6 months. In last 2 years its +1000% though
In last year, +200%
>this token is dead in the water and has been for several years.
Yes that is true, however the CEO said in Q&A video that I linked in the OP post, that they will add much more utility to token and focus to make &license new crypto products too.
I am sure nobody here has not literally checked their naga.com website
looks interesting, i will look into it , thanks

By "debunking" it do you mean dodging all of my questions and going off topic? The topic is the token yet you're talking almost exclusively about the stock company now. You haven't answered any of my questions.

Like what? How do you expect them to revive a long dead token with no real use case? I've seen that part of the video and he doesn't go into very much detail other than getting more liquidity and more publicity for it. That sounds more like hyping it up rather than giving it actual value. And in either case, why did they leave the token to die for so long before suddenly wanting to revive it? I agree with the person who said this token seems like a cash grab especially given that they're talking about getting into NFT during the NFT craze going on right now.
Just for clarity, I'm not bashing the stock company. I'm asking what purpose does this token serve? What practical use case does it have? Does it offer anything useful that other crypto projects don't already offer?
In the case that I happen to be dead wrong and this token ends up being successful then I apologize in advance if it seems like I'm shitting on it too hard. I just don't see much of a practical use case that would separate it from the others and have it see major growth in the crypto space. I like to be as skeptical as possible when investing in anything. Everyone should be when money is involved.

That's the question everyone should ask when presented with a token and OP has yet to answer it.

I tried to answer questions as well as I can, my point is that NAGA.com exchange is making $1 billion in volume but NAGAX is not and I think that was one of your main questions there
Here is the link for their big exchange https://naga.com/markets
Their crypto exchange https://nagax.com/exchange/NGCETH
>I'm asking what purpose does this token serves?
Yes, from the whitepaper
" Lower Trading Fees on NAGA TRADER on Every Asset Using a NGC Account"
"Cashback per Each Trade Performed on NAGA TRADER Using a NGC
Account "
"Double Crediting of Copy Bonuses on NAGA TRADER Using a NGC Account"
"Lower Trading Fees on Switex on every asset using a NGC account"
"Cashback Program Switex"
"Discounted purchase of Ad Credits for the Switex and NAGA TRADER Ad
Manager "
"Community Status and Access to Paid and Premium Content "
"SMART CONTRACTS FOR BONUSES"
"THE NAGA DONATION FUND"
They had big plans in the whitepaper for token utilities, however, they have not added all of that to tokens yet because the bear market came and many people thought cryptos would die when bitcoin dropped to $3k from $20k and Ethereum to $80 from $1400
Because cryptos had a bear market and NGC token value decreased a lot, so it didn't make sense to focus on their NGC crypto section as much as their normal business. Since the cryptos are back again they do everything they can to increase NGC value to make it valuable so company can benefit
Why everyone is not using that token to save from fees? If there are a million users why NGC price is not higher?
Because they have zero ads for the token for now, and also obviously since their focus has not been in the token.
Also it has been extremely hard to acquire NGC tokens, since you had to deposit Cryptos to their own nagax exchange, normal people dont do that much effort to save some money
There was not easy "1 click buy NGC tokens"
But once NGC gets listed to their naga.com main exchange platform, that will change.
Basically, since there is almost nowhere mention of NGC tokens only the most advanced users know about it, though that is about to change
But yeah, NGC tokens already have a great utility. Also CEO said that they add much more utilities for it
They own 40% of the NAGA coin supply, and crypto markets are more alive than ever, they have a great motive to awake their NGC token back so the company can make profits by selling their NGC token reserves. Everyone can see from Etherscan that the company has not sold any tokens
CEO is a fan of cryptocurrencies, in the video, he also said that he trades only cryptocurrencies nowadays.

So basically it's just a rewards token? Almost all of this has to do with lowered fees, cash back, and discounts. If that's the case then it might work out but imo that's a cheap way to boost a token's value if it's mostly for things like rewards and discounts.

Yes it is basically a rewards token at this moment for sure yes, I have no idea what will happen once a "much better use case" comes for the NGC token, but since its much better I expect a lot from it but it is speculation ofc. So basically I bought the token because I did trust to what CEO said is upcoming in youtube video 🕵️
