Hello, the user in question contacted me privately to offer me a service. Saying that he had a lot of accounts and that he could offer it to me. I made sure to make the contract so that I could have a grip in case it went wrong and for now, that's the way it is.
After a day passed since I paid him, he did not give me the account at any time so I requested a refund of the PayPal payment. First he told me that he had to remember the password of the account that he was going to buy from him and then that he has problems with PayPal.
I asked him for a refund repeatedly, I have the feeling that he is holding me back.

I find it strange that you can receive money, try to buy an account elsewhere and not refund me. It is what has me in doubt, do not be offended. It is simply for my own safety. I can wait.

Why would you even offer to sell something you don't even have certainty you can hand over at the time of the deal? What sort of error are you having trying to refund a payment? Never heard of such a thing, sounds like a bad excuse to me.

PayPal error. It won't let me send over 5€ transactions.

I don't mean you delivering it instantly, I meant why TF are you selling something you can't even get into yourself? That is the single-handedly stupidest thing I've seen someone do. Okay, so send multiple payments of 5 euro to match what he sent you?
