Congratulations on the new baby OP. That's definitely an expensive experience.

Always had frightening dreams of this happening and straight away I had a feeling it got stolen. London is known for crimes and I always keep my keys safe in a faraday box but since I was at my partners I didn’t have it. Turns out the local council left a ticket on my car which I didn’t return to within 30 MINUTES. I ended up having to pay £265 GBP ~ $361 USD to recover my new car. It must be because you have parked in a non parking zone when you are in a hurry. That sucks to have your car impounded for a parking ticket, I guess you'll pay better attention next time. Also I hope the birth of your child went well. But I was married until death did us part so I guess I had it lucky that he wasn't some ass I wanted to leave I suppose. I don't know why if we could get through all the sh*t we did together so many other couples can't stick it out though and make a commitment when they have a damn baby. We got engaged and married two years before we conceived a child and when we got engaged all these assholes kept asking if I was pregnant. Wtf? So rude. And we were like "no we just....you know....love each other." And the response was confusion. What has the world come to?

For some reason it flashed in my mind to people that ask large women if they're pregnant. Yeah I do think that family units are the building block of Western civilization, or any civilization for that matter. ![]() (Jul 20, 2021 10:19 AM)XBT4R Wrote: What a shitty start to the day, my partner and I were expecting to go hospital today for her to give birth (39 weeks today) and walking out to the road I notice the car has disappeared. It's good that it was not stolen and you managed to recover for $361 How is you wife and has she given birth? If yes, I wish baby and mother are fine and healthy. It will be good if you update us on this. |
