Yay, it really makes the difference. I'm back on 5/Mbs as I'm in the countryside, but had 1/Gbs in town, and it really made the difference when gaming/downloading.
What internet speeds do you have? I finally had a fiber line installed in my town. |

The biggest two things are I basically never buffer when watching stuff in HD and downloads are way faster. (Oct 15, 2021 12:04 PM)Java Wrote: Yeah, definitely. The different as very noticeable. I will look into other providers that may have fiber already ran near me.

It was brutal lol (Oct 17, 2021 03:33 AM)Java Wrote: 🤣🤣 Yeah I went from being on a Wi-Fi connection and having probably one of the worst internet connections in North America Upgraded 1-2 years ago to Fibre+ and now I'm wired in, the difference just in speed and quality of anything I do was worth it in itself, lol. I wish this would have been an option all along. It's just nice to not have to worry about speeds, buffering, or time when downloading something. Most of the time when I download something I more limited by the host than my internet speeds. |
