Lower back pain.

I'm having major pain in my lower back. It's incredibly painful, like a shooting pain, and it's difficult to move or roll out of bed. Do you have any methods to fixing this shit? Pills aren't helping.

Did you injure yourself & are you male? Lower back pain that doesn't reside can be a sign of a lot more serious things
Female. I don't remember injuring myself, but my job consists of a lot of lifting. Not heavy, but consistent.

I think the best thing for you to do is keep resting and drinking water. Try to stretch the area and soak in hot baths.
I think I had the similiar problem like yours, I had incredibly painful as well, but then I thought massage would fix it so went there and it became worse. Mine got fixed by using tramadol, which is illegal if you dont have any medical certificate. It actually helped a lot. I got mine from my friends.
You may want to go to a doctor if this persists usually 3 days max, there is many things that could cause lower back pain some of which can be pretty serious it would be smart to just call up your doctor and at least get an opinion over the phone.

You most likely strained a muscle and in that case you would probably want to follow the usual treatments.

I tried soaking but it's so difficult to climb out of the tub. Same with resting. It seems the longer I lay down, the more difficult it is to get out of bed. I haven't really been drinking water though so I will start doing that! Thank you.

Same here. My wife massaged the area for me but it only hurt more. I've never heard of tramadol. I'll look into it. My wife's coworker said he'll give me some hydrocortisone for now. Thank you.

This is day 3 and I have been seriously thinking about going to the doctors because it's getting to be too much for me to handle. I'll probably go to urgent care and at least get some pills. I'm currently only taking generic tylenols. Thank you.

If it continues longer than a few days with no indication of it getting better, contact your doctor for sure. I personally think you could've slept or stretched wrong and might've pulled a muscle. Your back is your structure, take care of it.

Good luck OP.

I don't know about you but for me Tylenol (Acetaminophen) doesn't do a damn thing. I personally find that Ibuprofen works best. But obviously talk to your doctor before taking Ibuprofen especially if it is new to you, I know many people usually pick a side and stick with it when it comes to these medications.

They may end up prescribing you some muscle relaxers if you go to the doctor or urgent care and you may need to do some physical therapy.
Your muscle is strained. that's it. get your wife to gently massage the affected area with oil. use a hot water bottle and apply it 4 times a day for 30 minutes per application. within 24-36 hours, you will be feeling 80% relaxation in your condition for sure.

have some liquor along with. it helps.

you must do a proper scan as advised by your Doctor. Hope not, but it seems like lower spinal cord injury, internal.
Yeah I do yoga. Lay on the ground and put your butt against a wall with your leg above you. Move upper body side to side and stretch and massage your lower back. Then Touch toes.
