so many of my customers lately have been asking to send a voice clip / audio call saying their name to verify me.
any apps (free/paid) or any websites where i can create a voice message in female voice.

Go to fiverr.com, pay 5$ for some chick to say "hey jason, hey morgan, hey steven etc"
Edit it and send each person his own personal greeting, if you can find someone who looks like your model, even better, you can get a vid with dimmed lights or what not.

You can do it for a few people or one at a time, your decision.

My advice is to work your way up to a little investment money with a free pack, and then find yourself a model/sellers who know models who can sell you a premium pack and add short 5 sec videos of them saying ~100 names.

Saw a pack like that somewhere being free but the link was deleted within a day or so :/

i dont mind paying, my pack is good enough (but always im looking for better one).
i want to hire a girl who can make voice messages on short notice and send it to me, can pay her fixed $100 for a week or 10% of my total profits.

more over if she agrees to proceed ahead i can increase her share to 50% but she then has to send me some custom verifications and videos on demand ,again on a possibly short notice.

do you know where i can find women/girls ready to do this work ?

Well i used gtts and playsound libraries in python to transform text tp speech, the voice is a female voice, you can give it a try.
