When starting a contract, the confirmation page always lists certain payment methods, such as Cash App and PayPal, as $0.
[Bug] Payment confirmation on contracts |

I had rare cases where it shows $0 when member has sent over contracts tho too... Hope to see this fixed :) Yes, it's only on the confirmation page. But the whole point of that page is so you can make sure everything on the contract is correct before you continue, so this bug kind of interferes with our ability to do that. I noticed this on my very first transaction. I kept going back and forth to make sure it was correct. Finally confirmed it and then it was correct. Is there a difference if your contract template is of the TRADE type? I've noticed TRADE deals don't tend to use the same conversion function as other contract types (Mar 14, 2022 01:58 PM)Lrrr Wrote: Is there a difference if your contract template is of the TRADE type? I think it's because we do conversions of crypto prices but not cashapp/paypal.
I'd have to do more testing to see how if functions. (Mar 15, 2022 10:16 AM)Omniscient Wrote: I think it's because we do conversions of crypto prices but not cashapp/paypal. I believe you are correct. This is one of the main reasons I use the `TRADE` contract type as it does not mess with amounts.

Looks like it's being worked on, but it isn't corrected yet. My last transaction, instead of listing $0 for PayPal, said this:
Amount: 0.01959645 btc Amount: 0.00489911 paypal EDIT: And now it's back to saying 0. (Mar 15, 2022 10:30 AM)Lrrr Wrote: I believe you are correct. Just started a few contracts so trying to learn as much as possible. Thanks for the info. |
