If you have a contract with a scammer. then you pay them that's your side of the contract complete. if you have proof that you have sent your payment they should not be able to give you a bad - B Rating for disputing there scam this can make members afraid to report or dispute scammers. then even after the scammers are banned the dispute gets left open for over 2 years now and the bad - B Rating is never removed.
For people like me that like to keep a clean name and rep exit scammers should not be able to do this. or if you could even add the option that if a person who has left a - B is banned that we can have it removed. i have seen a few members affected from this
