The fact is that many sellers will probably be happy with this state of affairs, but I'm afraid that it may cause a significant increase in potential fraud on the forum. Still, it's nice to have such freedom in this topic✌️

Don't do illegal shit on HF. Fun fact, buying tools here, is not illegal. Selling tools here, is not illegal. Using tools against systems without permission, that's illegal. The member who have experienced legal trouble have indeed broken the law by using tools to penetrate systems they didn't have permission.

Please note too, that's America. In UK and other places the above is potentially not true. In some places just having a "hacker tool" on your computer is against the law.

Does anyone have recommended (and active... so many of the old ones are dead) .onion hacking/cracking specific IRCs or forums? I see this forum as more of a "professional" outlet for the industry, but I'm a little lost when it comes to forums or chat services that are hidden and that active back/gray/red/white/blue/purple (me currently)/green hats and skiddies frequent and that are open to future brainstorming ops. There's probably a section here for that, too... I'll look around.

I guess what I’m wondering is: Is there a dark web version of this site or another active community? The reason I ask is because at some point I want to be able to anonymously interact with some fringe ops. I imagine there is a lot of crossover between users here and forums/chats on the dark web. My question is, have those resources on the dark web become more or less invite only, or?? Can someone point me in the right direction? I’ll not be using this site for anything illegal, or course. We don't allow advertising of competing forums and we don't have any partnership with other forums or chat services. We even deleted our Discord server recently. The main focus of Hackforums.net is just this one website.
