Who do I contact that can help me with the open dispute I have with a banned member 4 years ago on a deal that never went through to get it cleared?

In a situation like this, I assume Admin would be the only person to contact.
Definitely an Omniscient issue, I'm sure he can resolve it for you if you reach out.

You'll need to upgrade to v3ndor, and then contact admin ans MAYBE he can help.
