(LTC) Litecoin? What's your opinion on its future?

After watching how low LTC dipped, and now seeing it back up to around $75~ has got me feeling good about it. LTC has always been a coin I've kept in the back of my mind for numerous reasons. It's been out for a very long time now, I've followed it since launch essentially, I even remember stalking the chats on btc-e back in the day when trading for LTC.

My question is; are you also hoping the recent rise in LTC is signs of a larger rise soon to come? Do you think it's just the overall market slightly rising? Do you think LTC has a solid future in the crypto world? And finally, would you invest into LTC right now?

I like LTC, I consider it cryptos 'silver', it has lasted the test of time. Brought a nice wee amount when it was it the $50 range. As for the future the market had me hesitant, may see another big dip or two yet before eventual recovery it like 2025 :( haha.
I’ve always liked LTC as it’s fast, cheap and has been expanding their partnership within the past couple of months alone. I never really stacked it per se, would use it for purchases with merchants, but I’ve been accumulating the past month. Kind of kick myself for not having a lot when it was <$10 years ago.

I’d buy it now as it’ll fly right before the halving event (as history as shown):
Quote:Litecoin’s next reward halving is 237 days away, and it appears that the altcoin is undergoing a little pre-halving hype. Since Nov. 6, LTC has gained 58.6%, and it is starting to mirror the triple price action that occurred in previous halvings.

The Guppy Multiple Moving Averages (GMMA) indicator on the daily time frame has also turned green — something that rarely happens.

From a technical analysis point of view, LTC maintains a trend of higher lows, consolidation and bull flag breakouts, which are then followed by further consolidation.

If LTC maintains its current market structure and continues to ride along the 20-day moving average, its price could see a pre-halving run up to the $100–$125 area.

BTC-e copped my 14.7 LTC when it went down like that. Still curse them this day.
I will NEVER DM you first on Telegram/Discord

Always confirm you are talking with me on site using PM. Always use contract. I do not do currency exchange/gift cards/AGC.
I think there is still a lot of juice left in LTC. Still some profit to be made.
I've always liked LTC. Purchased a bit in 2015. Back then LTC was like $2 so when I wiped my hard drive and lost them, it didn't hurt as much. Still promising and try to pick up a little bit here and there.
When people get done toying around with all these Smart Contract chains like Ethereum and snatch up Bitcoin, they'll look at Litecoin and realize it's beast. I'm more bullish on Litecoin than just about any other coin the past 6 months. It's been punished to a low price point.

I think LTC will hit 200% before Bitcoin will.

Its a good stable coin. Must buy some whilst its hot :)
Definitely a good time to buy. It will always follow BTC, read a story the other night guy about how it will always be around. Definitely not a shitcoin.

I will take advantage of that knowledge you shared. Think it’s worth to sell a few BTC and buy into LTC?

I've always been a fan of BTC and LTC. I've been buying BTC and LTC weekly for a while and will continue to do so. It's not going away and has actual usability.
Staff will never reach out to you off-site. We only communicate on HF.
I always like to keep some litecoins around when BTC is low, it's almost usually a guaranteed pump. Fees are pretty low too so it's useful for small transactions.
Nothing wrong with having some LTC in your portfolio.
Glad I recently found some LTC I left in a shitty exchange so I sent it to my trezor.
I must say I've never bought LTC for trading/hoping to have some profits, only because of the easy use and low fees. I now hold this LTC and I doubt I'll sell it soon.

Glad to see the overall positive replies and opinions when it comes to LTC. Reinforces my same opinion on it.

There's just something about LTC that I've always loved ever since I first learned about it. Not to mention their fees, gotta love what is basically nothing. Not to mention the speed of transactions.

Man I have this old LTC wallet on my PC but I think I have a password on it that I don't remember since it's back from 2013 when I bought about $30 or so worth so I could get the Litecoinage award here on HF. I only needed to donate I think either $20 or $25 at the time, so I know there's a fair amount of coins still in that wallet.

I'd really like to know how many is the thing, because I know I used that same wallet for any other LTC transactions after the award purchase as well. Unfortunately my /showbuys.php page doesn't show the Litecoinage award for some reason, would love to see what the exact amount I paid was out of curiosity.
