With this group being invite only, I would like to make this an ongoing thread for member recommendations. I will eventually make a recruitment thread, but for now, I would like this to be member-to-member invitations only.

I personally think you need to wait for the rebrand to start nominating members, otherwise it may not have the same meaning.

But either way I love this idea, I’ve always been on the side of having the community vote on things instead of a 1 person decision. Even if you have 2-3 people making decisions like this it’s still better overall to have a discussion on why you think this member should be added for example.

Agreed with this and Cap. Once you have the majority of things set up and rebranded then we can nominate members, but for now I would just say members who can help with rebrand and getting the group name out there would be more than fine.

іnxy could fit in from an artistic stand point. He’s got quite the personality and ik it rubs some people the wrong way, but he’s a video editor and would probably be one of the few who’d actually keep that section alive at this point.

This is an arts group. What value in that respect do they add? I can add dozens of high quality members to the group, but if they aren’t aligned with our propose, we become a useless lounge group like 18/20 of the other groups.

I've dropped tons of guides, just seeing where we're drawing the line as a group.

There is no singular person that I feel would be more deserving. A good friend, a very generous human being and absolutely delightful to have around. Very talented and humble. Not sure about whether or not they are artsy, but they carry knowledge that could be used for any projects or ideas the group may have.

I do like Skull, I feel that he would be a good addition to the group; however, I'm still not sure if diluting the group with members who aren't able to participate in our purpose is going to benefit the group. If he's able to post thorough discussion posts in a debating scenario, sure. If he's able to work with the HF News, sure. But I can't just add every person that I like into the group. It defeats the purpose of the group. There's Coined, Pink LSZ, and countless other groups that can accept everyone just because they're not a total shitbag.

Same thing for Nintendo 64. I'm not so sure what purpose he would serve.
