if you have a bad relationship with some people, would you do business with them again if given the chance?
These people are rich, powerful, and smart. I had business with them before and failed to meet their expectations.
Thank you for your suggestions!
Could you explain what you mean? Is it just that you dislike people who are smarter than you? If so, I would definitely do business with them. However, if you're implying that you're not on good terms, the answer is probably no.

What defines a bad relationship? I believe anyone with knowledge who can teach you things is worth talking to, especially if it's business related.

They may forgive but not forget

Are you assuming you're on bad terms because of this?

Not only because the business failed, but also because I wasn't qualified to be their partner at the time

The business failed because of them or you? If you weren't qualified to be their partner, I'm guessing you weren't a part of the failed business, right?

Business was fine at the beginning, but in the final stage, due to various reasons, their expectations changed as the situation changed. I didn't find a good solution in time

I'm presuming they weren't prepared for situational changes and that would be a fault on their end. If I hired a lead developer with an understanding of their current capabilities, I would not expect more from them outside of what was originally expected and discussed. Sure, you can adapt to changes, but if I (the CEO) wasn't ready, why the hell would I think the lead developer would be ready knowing his maximum abilities?
It's hard to give a good answer to the information you provided, but hypothetically if they wanted you back, you must be prepared for what's expected and what could possibly happen in the future so you don't make any mistakes twice.

That was a tough question. But whether or not you should do business with someone again depends on several factors, such as the nature of the relationship and the type of business in question.
I guess if the personal relationship is strained but the business relationship was successful and professional, , it may be possible to continue doing business in the future but if both failed there's nothing left to prove.
One more thing, if the personal relationship was toxic and had a negative impact on the business relationship, it may be best to avoid working with that person again.

Thank you! I will consider these factors.

Is it that you started a business with them and it failed and you left the business?
My answer to this depends on the above questions I asked. However, just by making guesses
my advice is it depends on what happend and what kind of business you were in. Also what business are you thinking to
startup with them? Is it the same business? If so you better know what to do differently to succeed.
If I were you I wouldn't go back into business with them unless I would know it's profitable idea and that you can trust those
people to not screw you over. If you're in bad terms. I assume these people for a second would fuck you over. If you go
and invest in the business. They could steal your money and just kick you out of the business if it does succeed. I just
feel like it's not worth the headache to deal with such drama unless it pays good. It's boils down the how much you will make
from it and can you put these people in check if needed to be.
oh if that's the case if they're good businessmen they won't deal with you anymore. According to what you just said it sounds like you proven to them that you're incompetent to be a businessman. You already proven you cannot meet their expectations. So, if you proven this why would they deal with you?
If you go back with them you better watch out because if they do allow you back in. They will screw you over and it's because a real business person won't do business with you again after you proven you couldn't do what is expected out of you. So, if they do allow you back in it's only to use us as a tool to get something from you that is worth while for them. If it's funds they will use you for it and then swindle you.
Thank you! I appreciate it. Have a good day!
