The murder rate began to increase in the UK with the popularisation of "pure" "weak" cannabis, long before the lacing of cannabis increased. Even if it were laced this would still be an argument against legalising weed. We wouldn't have to deal with the rise in laced weed if less people were using weed in the first place. It's up to you to prove it was, not that it needs to be.

Legalized weed significantly reduces the chances of it being laced if someone is buying from a dispensary vs some dude out of his basement. You’re in the minority if you think people are just gonna stop smoking weed one day because you personally don’t approve of it.

More demand for marijuana = more laced weed. Once legalised criminals will have to undercut the costs by producing more cheaper laced weed. Unlaced weed can be just as dangerous as laced weed in some people, for they're both mind bending drugs.
