Hello i am 13 years old and i want to get into hacking i have been looking all over this site for hacking tutorials and nothing seems to work.
So im asking for someone to teach me hacking. please pm me if you can help.
Update: I looked into the types of hacking and
I want to be a pen tester.

Welcome to the forum, I start by saying that I don't know if it's allowed to use this forum at such a young and small age, but I still want to give you some indications. Read carefully the guide and the rules of the forum that you can find by clicking on the "menu" section of the forum. I start by saying that the world of hacking is very complex and broad, in fact it extends into very different types of hacking so there will never be a general guide to learning how to "hack", it takes many other basic knowledge to advance in this world that are crucial to being able to understand even a simple explanation from any member of this forum. If you are so determined that you want to start learning something I advise you to search for resources on the forum yourself and put them to good use, here you will find many tutorials and guides on many different topics. For any other question, feel free to ask, otherwise have fun on the forum!

Go at your own pace, Don't try to be like other known exploiters, Hackers, Do your own thing. goodluck!

A few things:
I don't teach minors. Wait a few years.
I never recommend that anyone go straight to hacking. There's nothing basic or beginner about it. Start with A+, Network+, and programming if you can handle it. You need to know how computers are supposed to work before trying to hack them. Not knowing what you're doing is why nothing seems to work.
deals.escapistmagazine.com and CodeRed.eccouncil.org have good IT courses to help you get started.

can you please help me i want to be a pen tester when i grow up and i know hacking is not like in the movies.
I know i am young but i can pay you 20$ i am begging you i cant find any hacking tutorials on here or anywhere.

If you can't find guides on the internet then being a pen tester isn't for you. Pen testing is all about looking for things so you better start learning how to look for things. There really isn't any excuse to not be able to find anything, you have Google, YouTube, many instructors out there, even ChatGPT.

You can find something at those links within your budget. You'll also find a lot by interacting here and asking questions when you know enough. You're still young, and no tech skills require patience more than hacking. Learn everything you can about computer systems networking, and programming. Experiment with the new Kali Linux Purple. Ask for a Rubber Ducky for your birthday and say that it will give you good experience.

Rubber Ducky your the one....
But yea, Rubber ducky's are a cool tool, but Pen testing does not have to be super expensive.
The fact that OP could not find the Pen Testing section is kind of concerning however.

Hacking is a very complex thing to do, their is so much topics you have to learn. But besides that you can always watch NetworkChuck on Youtube, he is a good teacher
