As the title says, is anyone from Las Vegas? I'm debating on buying a property or two out there or even possibly relocating there myself.

Do you like the area? I am looking in the Summerlin area, I believe, but I am open to other areas.

I would like to know too. Is there places that have no property tax? I am not sure if I heard the state has no property tax or no income tax.
I would love to know.

I am also looking for property.

I believe all states have property tax, while some are iust more expensive (NY/NJ area) vs cheaper ones (vegas, maryland, montana, etc )

No, there's exemptions like if you're disabled or retired etc. Some states either eliminate property tax all together or they they reduce it.

In Nevada some counties don't have property tax but they have a high sales tax.

Look t here for some expemtions

Las Vegas has a super low Property tax, like 1% effective I believe.

I do not live in Las Vegas, but I surely would like to live there for 1-2 years, if I had an easy opportunity to do so, based on what I have heard.

I've done a lot of traveling and have friends in Vegas. It really depends on the person I think. The people you would least expect to be in Vegas.... will be in Vegas! If you know what I'm talking about, you know!!
