[Carmine Jr.]

So he got scammed by buying snapchat premium from some girl, which i think is no girl tho.
Is there a way to know who is behind the account? He paid through "Tikkie" middleman app with a name connected to it but we only have a name and a snapchat account.

I see that Tikkie is only a payment app. Never buy online accounts (or any online individual, really) from anyone who isn't reputable with safeguards in place.

Get yourself over the fact that it happened, and make sure he doesn't make the same mistake again.
Going through this rabbit hole is a waste of time and won't restore the fact that he was stupid enough to get scammed lol.
