install -r requirements.txt
Step 2: Launch script


python3 start.py
python3 start.py bypass https://example.com 5 1000 socks5.txt 100 100

Ur not gonna have anywhere close to enough power to take down a website. Also I would highly not recommend to use bitrat in the first place since the owner is banned off basically all forums for ratting all the users
